Does paint go “off” in the tube?

I only ask because Ken Bromley is doing 37ml tubes and for the popular colours (Sienna etc) it’s a good price for artists quality paint…unless it goes off and I end up with 32ml of watercolour pencil!

Advice on mixing colour swatches please

At art class today we started a painting using just three colours: Raw Sienna, Burnt Umber and French Ultramarine.  Homework was to mix these three colours in a sort of triangular venn diagramme to see what we get…lots more colours!
